Mesa Lane Partners purchased this property in an off-market transaction for a cost that was significantly below the market value. Through a series of improvements, including investing in newer, more technologically advanced water saving equipment as well as commissioning a custom-designed mural by a local artist; we were able to immediately increase cash flow on the existing car wash business. Our development team is planning to develop this property into a hotel or multi-family housing.
