Garden Lofts

In 2009, Mesa Lane Partners purchased a storage building on approximately ½ acre adjacent to the UC Santa Barbara campus. Our team designed a striking 50-unit mixed use student housing project with approximately 8,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, then sold the development opportunity to one of our partner companies, ICON Student Housing. Construction was completed in 2013. Our design for the project included a rooftop lounge, a robotic parking garage, and on-site energy generation with solar panels.
